Use and Restrictions
- The App is intended for personal use only and should not be used for any illegal activities.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data entered into the App.
- Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the App.
Data Storage
The App uses Apple's iCloud to store and synchronize your data across your devices. Your financial data, including transactions, budgets, wallets, and preferences, is stored in your personal iCloud account. No personal data is stored on any server accessible by the developer.
You are responsible for maintaining an active iCloud account and sufficient iCloud storage for the App to function properly. Data synchronization requires an active internet connection.
In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases that unlock additional features and functionality. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
- In-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
- Subscription-based purchases are auto-renewable and can be managed or cancelled at any time through your Apple ID settings.
- If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the purchased features until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are subject to change. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following the change.
App Store Terms
The App is subject to the standard terms and conditions set forth by the Apple App Store. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the App. The developer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the App.
The developer is not responsible for any service interruptions, data loss, or security breaches caused by third-party service providers, including Apple iCloud. While we rely on reputable service providers, their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Intellectual Property
The App, including all its content, features, and functionality, is owned by the developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or intellectual property rights in the App.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through negotiation and, if required, through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
